Weather conditions during the event dates can affect attendance, as both snowfall and planting season mean landscape owners need to focus on their businesses. We work with venues to allow for late reservation cut-off, flexible space use to adjust up or down to the attendee numbers, and negotiate favorable/flexible terms for attrition, growth, and overall numbers for every portion of their event.
The annual conferences are high energy, large events with the goal for attendees to network, learn from each other, and tour a local, successful landscaping company.
