Our client’s objective was 2-fold: have fun; yet also, bond, celebrate and connect. IPE was tasked with locating a space for the employees to actually do their work – run their drones, systems, and troubleshoot. Additionally, we had specific event constraints including the event’s primary location which needed to be near an airport in the continental US with direct flights from Frankfurt, Germany - yet far enough from the airport that the group could legally fly drones. We sourced venues that fulfilled the client’s requirements and the group never saw the inside of a ballroom or typical meeting space; instead, they enjoyed indoor/outdoor spaces and unique venues such as a Formula 1 racetrack.

Originally this event was scheduled for months earlier. One week before the event an overseas conflict required the company to shut their event down. Our team started cancellation negotiations with venues and suppliers, rescheduled the event and re-couped 88% of the cancellation fees for our client.
