InVia Robotics Tradeshow Program
Challenge: This start-up robotic warehouse automation client needed a big exhibit presence while keeping costs down. To promote their product solution, they wanted a fun in-booth activity to grab attendee attention and promote their solution.
Solution: Iron Peacock Events took charge of all exhibit management tasks. We created and sourced a large, eye-catching rental exhibit structure at less than half the purchase cost. In the design, 25% of the booth footprint was dedicated to a lively contest (“can you pick faster than our robot?”) where participants challenged the Invia Robot, and other attendees, for speed and accuracy. The top winner at the tradeshow won an electric scooter.
Result: Iron Peacock Events proved that even start-up companies can have a large presence at tradeshows while keeping costs low. Competing for attendee attention just takes a little creativity and ingenuity.
