Challenge: Mid-2022, prior to the lifting of all global travel restrictions, London-based Carol Bike needed a U.S.-based event agency to manage all aspects of their exhibit at the Biohacking Conference in Los Angeles where they planned to showcase their A.I.-personalized smart bikes over the next 2 annual conferences.

To grab tradeshow attendees’ attention on an expo floor is always challenging. At the Biohacking Conference where every type of biohacking equipment (including cold plunges, hyperbaric chambers, and potions) are vying for attention, it can be extra challenging. Also, with few U.S.-based staff members, Carol Bike needed to staff their booth with social media influencers and existing Carol Bike clients. The need for this support team to provide correct and consistent messaging, that was on-brand, was critical.

Solution: Iron Peacock Events sourced a rental exhibit with a simple, yet classy, look. the bikes were the stand out of the exhibit. High energy demos attracted a crowd as participants hopped on the bikes to experience the HIIT training for themselves. Lead information was easily gathered through the bike’s app. Riders signed into the software to see their ride results and allowed Carol Bike to contact them post-show.

Prior to the show, and at the show exhibit, Iron Peacock Events briefed the staffing team on the brand’s messaging, benefits of the bike, and provided a show guide with staffing hours, overall event information, and how to conduct the demos and contests.
