I started in event planning industry over 20 years ago as a sales manager in hotels for 4 years then moved to the meeting planning side of events. I have been working on meetings, events and trade shows for 20+ years and had the opportunity to work on so many different kinds of events from corporate, incentive trips, large sales meetings and everything in between. I truly enjoy seeing events go from an idea in the beginning to executing the final event on site.
I currently reside in Minnesota with my daughter and son and our dog.
Outside of the event world, I enjoy triathlons, movies and exploring new places with my children.

Throughout my years of marketing and public relations experience, events have always been an integral part of my workload. Whether planning and hosting company open house events, community fairs, golf tournaments, or press conferences, successful event management has been a critical part of my career. As a communication studies graduate, I also have a strong passion for writing and feel that I best express my thoughts in written form. In fact, writing a book (or five) is a top bucket-list item for me personally.
As a wife and mother to three children (and a sweet pup), I find my free time is often spent in gyms or on a sports field these days. I also really enjoy reading, boating on the lake, and grabbing coffee with friends.

With over 25 years of experience in event management, I’m your go-to girl! I love to handle the logistics and details that make up a meeting or event.
My career has given me the opportunity to plan meetings large and small for guests from the US to Germany. I’ve helped launch new products for Sony, plotted a tour for the Coca-Cola Santa to visit kids all over the country, brought C-level executives to the Masters where they actually giggled with excitement, and consistently execute live and virtual events with attention to detail, a list to check off and a positive attitude to solve any challenge for you.
Born and raised in Buffalo, NY, I’ve lived in various cities across the country. I love to explore and get lost in new places. Whether it’s high in the Colorado Rockies or in the deep South, I’ve created strong friend groups and am lucky to have a close family.
When I’m not managing your event, I love loud concerts, cheering at Buffalo Bills and Buffalo Sabres games, and playing with my furry kid, Meadow.

With over a decade of experience in corporate meetings and events, I have a genuine passion for my career. I geek out with checklists and process flows and genuinely love connecting with and serving people. Together these traits have allowed me to build a career of helping businesses turn their meeting needs into thoughtful, purpose-driven and creative events! My passion for planning stems from knowing that God calls us to use our talents to make a difference in the world (1 Peter 4:10).
I have lived in California my entire life and have a beautiful little family (consisting of myself, my husband and our daughter) whom I genuinely treasure. Together we enjoy connecting with people from all different walks of life and have a passion for serving and deepening connections through our local church. My joy as a homemaker is to further my love for hospitality by regularly hosting events for family and friends. Outside of work, I also enjoy reading a great book, spending time outdoors (by hiking or bike rides), and I love to travel - whether it’s for a client event or experiencing new places on the map - I love any great excuse for adventure!

My entry into the event planning industry was nearly 15 years ago - I was a full-time stay at home Mom who began working part-time as an Event Planner. I enjoy the variety and diversity within my work, as each event takes on its own personality and we have the opportunity to manage events for a variety of different clientele. Organization and communication are my major strengths and contributions to our IPE team. And as our team will confirm, I definitely have the gift of gab.
I currently reside in Minnesota with my husband, our two daughters, and our dog. Outside of the event world, I enjoy spending time with my girls, reading, and going for walks.

I’ve had the privilege of working for IPE from day one and have loved every minute! Working in the industry since 2011, I’m invigorated by the diversity of logistics and planning, keeping details organized, and staying on budget. The most rewarding part is attending local events and seeing our client and their guests leaving with big smiles!
Hosting, organizing, and planning events is something I enjoy doing in my job, as well as outside of it. My family and friends love those calendars, and I have such a close relationship — tell me any event date, and I’ll remember it. Whether working on notebooks, lists, and sticky notes always help me succeed! I’m married to my high-school sweetheart, and we have two precious girls. My favorite things are dance parties in the kitchen, romantic walks down the Target aisle (ha!), walking our goldendoodle (Millie), and hosting friends in my home.
“Trust. It's critical that you have this with your events management team, and it's not easy to find and build. The Iron Peacock team understands this and makes it job #1 to earn it with their clients. This team is expert, professional, detail-oriented, creative, cost-conscious and makes execution look flawless. I'd recommend them to anyone.”
